Domestic Deliveries within Australia
All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre within 24 hours of the order being placed and will be delivered within 2-5 working days. All parcels are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one to sign for the parcel it will be sent to the nearest post office.
To guarantee delivery it is best to send the parcel to your office or to an address where someone will be there to receive it between 9am and 5pm. We do not deliver to post office boxes as a signature is required on delivery. Please ensure we have your correct address, company name where necessary and a contact telephone number.
We offer FREE delivery for orders in Australia over $100.

International Deliveries
Delivery to New Zealand is a flat $12.75 on orders under $100 and we offer FREE delivery for orders over $100. Orders to New Zealand usually takes 7 - 10 working days.
For the United States and United Kingdom we charge a flat $19.75 for orders up to $100, a flat $30 for orders over $100 and FREE delivery is offered for orders over $300. Other international destinations are at a flat rate of $30.00. Orders usually take 7 - 21 working days to arrive at international destinations.

All orders are in Australian dollars (AUD). On international deliveries we can’t deliver to post office boxes. All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer

Returns & Exchanges

At Uumi we pride ourselves on our quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it for something else or give you your money back subject to the following conditions:
1. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged or faulty.
2. If your item is damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible at customerservice@uumi.com.au and request a Return/Exchange Form..
3. Goods must be returned within 14 days (30 days for international customers) of you receiving the product in its original condition with a copy of your receipt and a Return/Exchange Form to PO Box 800 Ryde, NSW 2112 Australia
4. If you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Uumi will process refunds and exchanges on receipt of the products returned. We will not be held liable for products lost in transit therefore we suggest you utilize registered post.

All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Your bank or credit provider determines the conversion rate and may charge a small currency conversion fee.
